How do I pay?
Buy a credit pack by bank transfer; credits are added once the payment is confirmed and you receive a VAT invoice.
How long does a report take?
Station and investment reports are usually ready within a few minutes; large portfolios can take longer.
Is the data live?
A report is a snapshot as of the order date. You can download it again at any time; a new order gives a new snapshot.
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Yes. Credits bought by an organisation account are invoiced to the company and shared by its team.
